Do I need a TV to make my first sign?

No. Create, review, and save your sign first. Setting up a screen is optional and can happen whenever you are ready.

What does my subscription cover?

Your subscription covers hosting and managing your signs and the screen allowance shown in your plan. AI generation and other AI tasks use credits. The plan lists any included monthly credits; extra credit purchases are separate.

Can I use my existing menu or branding?

Yes. Bring a menu photo or document, enter your content, or start with saved items. Blue guides you through your brand, content, and an editable review before design generation. Review imported text and prices before you proceed.

What equipment do I need for a display?

Use a TV or connected player with a compatible web browser. Open your display link and use full screen. Browser support and full-screen behavior vary by device, so check your setup before relying on it in your business.

How do updates reach my screen?

Save your changes and connected display browsers check for updates. A previously loaded display may keep its cached version during an interruption. Connection, browser storage, and device behavior affect playback.

Can I change my plan or return later?

Manage your subscription in Billing. If access lapses, you can still reach billing recovery and switch businesses. Your saved signs remain available when your business has access again.
